COVID-19 INFORMATION

REOPENING 

GUIDELINES 

   

  • No one will be permitted in the salon if they have COVID-19 symptoms or waiting on results of a test.
  • Reservations are by appointment only.
  • Only guests with a reservation will be permitted in the salon.
  • Online booking has been temporarily suspended.
  • Text your stylist when you arrive for your reservation.
  • The number of guests allowed in the salon is limited to ensure a six foot social distancing.
  • No one will be permitted to sit in the waiting area.
  • Stay in your car until it is your turn to enter. You will be sent a text when your stylist is ready for you.
  • You will be greeted at the door of the salon.
  • Please do not touch the door or doorknob. It will be locked at all times.
  • Everyone will receive a temperature check and questionnaire regarding symptoms prior to entering the salon.
  • When entering salon everyone must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. It will be provided upon check in.
  • No drinks, candy, or magazines will be provided by the salon. Please bring your own.
  • Please limit the number of personal items you bring into the salon.
  • Everyone will be required to wear a mask at all times.
  • If receiving a color service, two masks are required. Please wear a mask that can get color on it.
  • No one is allowed in changing room. Please wear appropriate clothes to your color reservation.
  • All equipment used will be sanitized by stylist in between guests. Please allow extra time.
  • Doors and high touch areas will be routinely sanitized.
  • Please stay home and reschedule if you are feeling sick
  • If you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your reservation, you must notify salon immediately.
  • By booking a reservation, you accept and understand these guidelines.
  • You must complete and submit the COVID questionnaire below before we can schedule your reservation.

RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your services or products, please call the salon WITHIN 10 DAYS to give us the opportunity to make things right for you or to exchange/refund your product(s).

CANCELATION POLICY: Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance of reservation.

  1. First time canceling within 48 hours - 50% charge of services.
  2. Second time canceling within 48 hours - 100% charge of services.
  3. No Call/No Show - 100% charge of services.
  4. Any future reserved scheduled after the second time canceling within 48 hours or No Call/No Show will require a $25 deposit per service as well as 100% of the services that were reserved.
    Please note that when you cancel within 48 hours, not only do our stylists lose part of their income but we also cannot accommodate our clients on the wait list with such short notice.  Thank you so much for your understanding.
